Mayo Open With A Win Against Tranmere Rovers

Mayos Under 13 team had a dream start today in the Repton Festival, with a solid win over Tranmere Rovers. Ballina Towns Cian Burke provided the only goal of the game in the 52nd minute when he showed great technique and vision to power the ball into the top left hand corner.

The game was played at pace and with plenty of skill from both teams. After a slow start Mayo got into the game and played some fine possesion football. Overall Mayo deserved the win.
