The  had a visit today from two time All star, former Mayo Senior football captain and former Kennedy Cup Captain, Alan Dillon.

Alan gave an inspiring talk about his experiences of operating in a high performance environment for fifteen years, his experiences playing at the highest level and  in the Kennedy Cup. He also spoke at length about his pride in representing Mayo and the unique nature of the sporting public in the County. Rest, recovery and proper sleep were key words he used repeatedly and he reminded the boys that there are 168 hours in every week to find time to practice.
